Our Glitter vinyl comes with a permanent adhesive. It is compatible with all plotter cutters and can be used in many applications including fabrics, windows, car decals, signs or anything that needs a little sparkle. It can be used indoors, but is water proof and weather resistant - making it an ideal craft vinyl choice for outdoor applications as well!
